Every project runs through the same 6 stages: discovery, design and architecture, development, QA, launch, and maintenance, in two-week Scrum sprints with a dedicated Technical Lead, engineers, and QA, closing each sprint with a working demo. How you engage us follows how settled your requirements are: a fixed-price quote for a scoped build, a dedicated team for a long-term roadmap, or time and materials while things are still moving, on a stack, React and Next.js, Swift and Kotlin, Python, Solidity, AWS, chosen per problem.
