Role and responsibilities
I. Main Responsibilities
1. General Operations Management
Manage and organize the CEO's personal and business calendars.
Schedule meetings, send invitations, and prepare necessary documents and meeting minutes.
Review and assess potential risks in documents requiring CEO approval.
2. Information Security and Strategic Support
Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal departments, as well as external partners.
Handle incoming communications and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
Assist in organizing corporate events.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information, managing and archiving important files securely.
Gather and analyze market data to support strategic decision-making.
3. Administrative Support
Monitor departmental tasks and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Provide support with personal tasks for the CEO as requested.
Manage a portfolio of rental properties, including coordinating lease agreements, tracking deadlines, overseeing renewals, collecting payments, and verifying financial transactions.
Ensure all real estate documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including processing changes in land use, updating property records, and submitting necessary documents for property title issuance.
4. Tax Management and Optimization
Collaborate with external service providers to:
Monitor tax declarations and periodic financial reports.
Identify opportunities for tax optimization in accordance with current policies.
Organize and maintain comprehensive records of receipts, declarations, and all related tax documents.
