Overview: The Growth Manager is responsible for executing our Go-to-Market (GTM) plan and managing a cross-functional team including Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Community Manager, and Performance Marketing to achieve growth objectives in the Web3 space.Role and responsibilities
Strategic Execution
Execute and optimize GTM plan across different product development stages
Develop growth hacking strategies tailored to Web3 market dynamics
Translate product vision into actionable growth initiatives
Ensure alignment between product development and growth strategies
Team Leadership
Manage and coordinate cross-functional team (Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Community Manager, Performance Marketing)
Set clear KPIs and growth targets: user acquisition, engagement, retention
Allocate resources effectively and manage marketing budget
Foster collaboration across teams to achieve unified growth goals
Data & Analytics
Analyze user data and market behavior to inform strategic decisions
Track and report on campaign performance with actionable insights
Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Use data to iterate and optimize growth strategies continuously
Community-Driven Growth
Understand that community is the core driver of Web3 growth
Design growth strategies that leverage community advocacy and word-of-mouth
Integrate community feedback loops into product and marketing decisions
Build sustainable growth mechanisms through community engagement
Education and experience
Essential:
3-5 years experience in Growth/Marketing Manager role, preferably in Web3, Crypto, or Fintech
Proven track record executing GTM plans and managing cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystem, DeFi, NFT, and blockchain technology
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision making
Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Dune Analytics, or similar
Understanding that community is the key growth lever in Web3
Product-driven mindset with ability to connect product value to user needs
Growth mindset: experimental, iterative, and comfortable with rapid change
Excellent project management and prioritization skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Preferred:
Strong network within Web3 community
Experience launching Web3 products from zero to one
Knowledge of tokenomics and community-driven growth mechanics
Experience with on-chain analytics and wallet behavior analysis
