Graphic Designer
What we're looking for
Herond Labs is seeking an energetic and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will not work alone but collaborate closely with Senior Designers and the Product team to turn technology-driven ideas into visually compelling designs. This is a great opportunity for you to sharpen your skills, get hands-on experience with a professional design workflow in a Tech/Blockchain environment, and grow across multiple areas (2D design, Branding, UI support, etc.). Role and responsibilities
Social & Digital Assets Execution:
Design daily deliverables such as advertising banners, visual content for Social Media posts (Facebook, Twitter/X, Telegram, etc.), and Email Marketing materials based on existing concepts and Brand Guidelines.
Branding & Event Support:
Collaborate with the Marketing team and Senior Designers to produce printed materials (POSM), merchandise (t-shirts, caps, giveaways), event backdrops, and office-related design materials.
UI/UX Support:
Assist the Product team by designing simple graphic assets (icons, basic illustrations) and editing images for Website/App usage.
Internal Materials Design:
Layout and enhance presentation decks for internal meetings or partner-facing presentations.
Learning & Trend Updates:
Proactively research new design trends and learn basic Motion/3D skills to support the team when needed.
Education and experience
Professional Skills
Experience:
1–2 years of experience (candidates with a strong and impressive portfolio demonstrating solid design thinking are welcome, even with fewer years of experience).
Tools:
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Additional Skills:
Basic knowledge of Figma (for file handling and asset exporting).
Basic video editing skills (CapCut/Premiere) or photo retouching skills are a plus.
Design Foundation:
Solid understanding of color theory, layout, and typography.
Mindset & Attitude:
Strong and modern aesthetic sense (Modern, Minimalist, Tech-futuristic, etc.).
Good understanding of layout, visual principles, and typography.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and handle deadline pressure.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and attentive to small details.
Strong sense of responsibility, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.

Working time: Mon - Fri, 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM (Lunch 12:00 AM - 01:00 PM)
