Role and responsibilities
Daily Tasks:
Check payment vouchers.
Track contracts and manage supplier accounts payable and customer accounts receivable.
Prepare payment transfer requests for suppliers.
Record financial transactions in accounting software.
Issue VAT invoices when applicable.
Monthly Tasks:
Check payroll and process monthly salary payments.
Reconcile transactions through bank accounts.
Check and store incoming invoices.
Post expense allocations and depreciation.
Quarterly Tasks:
Quarterly VAT reports.
Investment reports for the State Bank.
Investment reports for the Department of Planning and Investment.
Submit tax returns.
Support HR in filing quarterly PIT taxes.
Annual Tasks:
Summarize, reconcile, and verify data for the year.
Prepare annual financial statements.
Prepare corporate income tax finalization reports.
Prepare statistical reports.
Support HR in preparing annual personal income tax finalization.
Other Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Be responsible for explaining financial matters to the tax authorities when required.
Submit contractor tax declarations when applicable and monitor finalization.
Follow up and support the operations team as needed.
Support legal with relevant tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in general accounting.
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues.
Ability to organize, be proactive at work, manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Proficient in using FAST accounting software, with high attention to accuracy.
Careful, honest, and responsible.
Basic communication skills in English.
