Digital Manager
What we're looking for
We're looking for a data-driven Digital Manager to ensure rapid and sustainable growth for our expanding tech company in Ho Chi Minh City. The Digital Manager will be working closely with different team functions for overseeing creative strategies, customer acquisition, retention and related strategies across Growth funnel. The ideal candidate will possess the required skillset to be involved in the development, experiment, implementation and data analysis of product growth strategies within Web2 and Web3.Role and responsibilities
Market & product research to gain a deep understanding of the product, its customer behavior and needs.
Build and manage user acquisition campaign roadmap across various channels, including Google Ads, Social Media, SEO... to drive user growth and related key metrics.
Oversee Growth funnel, sprint system & experiments, build & manage A/B testing progress.
Manage budget, plan, execute & optimize Key Performance Indicators via paid, organic & own media channels.
Analyze data & report on efficiency, final outcomes and key insights of campaigns to gain insights for product and/or strategy development.
Oversee team members & campaign performance, maintaining data-driven results & mindset.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PO, BA and cross-functional teams for strategy & product synchronization.
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, ASO, Google Analytics and other digital platforms.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with proficient knowledge of Growth funnel and UA strategies.
Strategic mindset & planning skillset for campaign execution and KPI optimization.
Budget management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Talent management and development to build a high-performing team.
Excellent proactiveness and is quick on their feet.
Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.
Proven data-driven results within the tech and/or blockchain industry is a plus.
