Overview The Web3 Content Creator produces high-quality long-form content, analyzes market trends, tells product stories, manages blog content strategy, supports data room materials, and stays aligned with the GTM plan. This role understands that education and thought leadership are key to building community trust in Web3.Role and responsibilities
Content Production:
Write and produce long-form content: blog posts, research reports, whitepapers, case studies
Analyze Web3 market trends and connect insights to product narrative
Build and execute content strategy for blog aligned with GTM plan
Create educational content that helps users understand product value and Web3 concepts
Research & Analysis:
Conduct deep research on industry trends, competitors, market dynamics, and technical aspects
Support data room development and materials for investors/partners
Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for target audience
Stay current on Web3 developments to inform content direction
Product-Driven Content:
Connect product features and updates to user benefits and market context
Create content that drives product adoption and user engagement
Understand community pain points and address them through content
Support product launches with comprehensive educational materials
Performance & Optimization:
Optimize content for SEO and discoverability
Track content performance metrics and iterate based on data insights
Collaborate with Social Media Manager to repurpose content across channels
Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy continuously
Community Education:
Recognize that community growth in Web3 is built on education and trust
Create content that empowers community members to become product advocates
Address common questions and misconceptions through thoughtful content
Build thought leadership that positions the brand as a trusted resource
Education and experience
Essential
2-3 years experience in content writing, preferably in Web3/Blockchain/Fintech
Strong portfolio of long-form content in crypto/Web3 space
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystem
Recognition that community trust is built through authentic, educational content
Excellent research skills and ability to quickly learn technical concepts
Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences
Product-driven mindset: ability to connect product features to user value
Data-driven approach to content strategy and performance optimization
Growth mindset: willingness to experiment with content formats and topics
Strong storytelling and data visualization skills
Experience with content management systems and SEO tools
Analytical thinking and high attention to detail
Native or near-native English writing proficiency
Preferred
Background in technology, economics, or finance
Experience with technical documentation
Understanding of tokenomics and protocol mechanics
Previous experience in research or analyst roles
Familiarity with Web3 content distribution channels (Mirror, Paragraph, etc.)
