Your mission is two-fold: Securing strategic capital through your VC network and expanding the Herond Ecosystem by onboarding high-impact partners (DeFi, GameFi, Infrastructure). You are a master of networking, a persuasive storyteller, and a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of product and growth.Role and responsibilities
Undraising & Investor Relations: * Leverage an existing network of Tier-1 and Tier-2 VCs, Family Offices, and Angel Investors to secure funding rounds.
Own the full fundraising lifecycle: Pitching, due diligence support, and maintaining long-term investor relations.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth:
Identify and close high-value partnerships with Web3 projects to integrate their services into the Herond Browser.
Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to design "Win-Win" co-marketing campaigns and utility-driven integrations (e.g., integrating Herond Points with partner reward systems).
Brand Ambassadorship & Networking: Represent Herond at major global Web3 conferences (Token2049, ETHCC, Solana Breakpoint, etc.) to build a Herond's presence in Web3 maps.
Host and participate in online channels and stagings: Twitter (X) Spaces, Community Calls, and AMAs to boost project visibility.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust BD strategy and planning, moving leads from initial contact to firm partnership/Integrations.
Education and experience
Proven Network: An "unfair advantage" in the form of direct access to Web3 VCs and project founders.
X (Twitter) Presence: A strong personal brand on X. You should have a track record of thought leadership or active engagement in the Web3 space.
Growth Mindset: Deep understanding of Web3 growth loops, referral mechanics, and points-based loyalty programs.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
Experience: 5+ years in BD/Partnerships within the Web3 Industry
