Junior Digital Marketing - Mobile App Publishing
What we're looking for
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive the growth of our mobile apps. In this role, you will focus on App Store Optimization (ASO), user acquisition, and engagement strategies to maximize our apps' visibility and downloads. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and design teams to ensure our mobile apps reach the right audience.Role and responsibilities
App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize app listings for better visibility and conversion rates, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and A/B testing.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
User Acquisition Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing paid and organic user acquisition strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, etc.).
Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging marketing materials, including screenshots, videos, descriptions, and promotional content.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as installs, conversion rates, retention, and user engagement, and provide insights to optimize performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and app updates.
Social Media & Community Engagement: Support social media marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and engage with app users.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the mobile app industry.
Basic understanding of ASO principles and mobile marketing trends.
Familiarity with Google Play Console, App Store Connect, and ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or similar).
Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, or other mobile tracking tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with strong writing and communication skills.
Passion for mobile apps and technology.
Experience or knowledge in SEO is a plus.
