Role and responsibilities
Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Oversee all marketing campaigns and be responsible for all branded contents/ activities of 1-2 accounts of the company (will be delegated from Growth Manager).
Develop detailed creative directions on all marketing channels.
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
Implement & monitor the implementation of ideas to ensure achieving goals target achievement.
Build & control the usage of Marketing budget plan.
Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.
Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
Education and experience
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
2-3 years of experience in Marketing/ Branding field; and/or experience in Account Management.
Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
